Mark M. Callazzo began his successful involvement in the real estate industry in 1990 in the field of real property consulting, valuation and analysis. He has completed numerous appraisal reports and analysis in various formats for a multitude of purposes (i.e. financing, foreclosures, buy-outs, inheritance tax filings, marital dissolutions, condemnations, residential subdivisions and commercial development, appraisal reviews, etc.). Mr. Callazzo provides professional testimony as an expert witness for divorce and estate purposes, real estate consultant for land use matters, and real property tax appeals. As a real estate investor, Mr. Callazzo has completed all types of transactions including new construction and renovations, major site plan approval and subdivisions, bulk and use variances, as well as all phases of property management. Mr. Callazzo has used his management acumen in his own business as well as acting as a consultant for outside companies.
Mr. Callazzo is President and founder of RMS Statewide Title and Appraisal Services, one of the largest providers of appraisal and title insurance in New Jersey. His client list ranges for Fortune 500 companies to small local banks and mortgage companies. Mark received his BA in economics from Kean University and MBA with a concentration in finance from Monmouth University. Mark is very active in the service organization Rotary International and was the Chairman of the Jackson Board of Shore Community Bank.
David Hansel is a life long resident of Monmouth County and has been involved with both commercial and residential brokerage, management, investment & financing for the past 10 years. As a licensed Real Estate Broker David has completed over $75 million in sales transaction that range from land and residential homes to commercial leasing/sales & investment properties. One of his great strengths is creativity and his persistence to resolve challenges that arise in a transaction. David is currently the leasing and managing agent for approximately 80,000 sq. ft. of office space. Over the years David has personally invested a significant amount of his money into various real estate projects including private notes, new construction, rental properties and renovation projects.
David serves on the Commercial Real Estate Board for Monmouth County Association of Realtor and the board of Central Jersey Professional Association. David received his BS in Hotel Restaurant Management from the University of Delaware and is licensed as a Real Estate Broker, GRI, Title Producer and has completed several real estate analysis and investment courses over the years.
